Welcome

I offer a range of support and services to education professionals, including training and development, school improvement and coaching.

Much of my work comes from recommendation. It gives me great job satisfaction as I see my clients grow in confidence through my support and challenge, which helps them realise their unique qualities and potential.

I am proud of my successful career in teaching and school leadership, and have gained considerable knowledge and experience through roles which have included Trust School Improvement Lead, DfE English Hub Lead, and Deputy Headteacher.

If there is anything else I can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • “Lisa has worked with us to launch a bespoke Phonics and communication strategy which precisely matches our SEND specialist setting. But more than this, she has coached and developed leaders to jointly deliver exceptional professional development for the whole staff team so that we have a confident team who can systematically deliver a progressive and cohesive learning strategy. Her work has transformed the offer to both learners and staff. We regard Lisa as a very important partner in the school improvement journey.”

  • “Lisa’s ‘Supporting Lower KS2 Phonics’ training was excellent; the use of videos to show high quality interventions in action was extremely useful. Without doubt, this training will have an overall impact on teaching, learning and assessment. I am feeling more confident and upskilled.”

  • “The training provided me with lots of information around around transition from the EYFS to Y1. It helped to focus me as Early Years Lead on what information we should be passing onto Year 1.”

  • “This was a coherent, informative and helpful session. What I took away from Lisa’s session has already helped to build a base in my school for children coming up to KS2, to see what expectations are at the end of KS1. The training has also been useful for the work we are doing with our ‘spotlight’ children, and to develop appropriate resources and activities appropriate to their level. We will now be able to achieve uniformity with additional support for children, bridging the gap for those who need further development of their phonics sounds, letter recognition and blending.”
